- Free delivery on orders above ₹500 within Indore city
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and availability

5. Returns and Refunds
- Plants must be reported as damaged within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval
- Pots and accessories can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging
- Custom orders and sale items are non-refundable

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
